TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.REGULATIONS OF THE CONDOMINIUM
The guest agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the condominium,(no pets policy, noise policy, etc…) and not to interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the neighbours.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.
3.GUEST PERSONAL PROPERTY
The guest shall be solely responsible for all his/her personal belongings brought in to the property throughout the term of the lease.
Check in time is between 1PM until 11:30PM. (all studios,1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms condo)
and 2PM until 11.30PM (JC201,Penthouse,PRIME1,KK01 and KK69)
Please keep this in mind when you make the booking.
Check out time is on or before 11AM We can not make ANY exceptions on check in and check out times.
5.1)All studios and 1 bedroom condo is suited for maximum 2 people (adults and children combined)
5.2) 2 Bedrooms condo is suited for maximum 4 people (adults and children combined)
5.3) JC201,The Penthouse, KK01,KK69 is suited for maximum 6 people (adults and children combined)
5.4) SAN1 is suited for maximum 8 people (adults and children combined)
5.5) PRIME1 is suited for maximum 10 people (adults and children combined)
Please be informed that showing up with more people than agreed will result in extra charges.
The cleaning fee that is charged, is a one time fee for cleaning when you check out. Should you require housekeeping during your stay, please let us know and we can talk about the options.
7.LUGGAGE STORING SERVICE
Please note that this condo is located in building an apartment building / condominium and not in a hotel. The staff in the lobby are there to take care of the building but are not hotel receptionists. Therefor it it is not possible to store luggage in the lobby before checking in or after checking out. Please keep this in mind when planning your check/in and check out times.
50 percent refund up until 7 days before the booking. If you cancel less than 7 days before the date then there is no refund.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
The Security Deposit is not considered as rent and deductions from the deposit shall be made for any damage done to property including scratches, burns, stains, holes in walls, smell of smoke, as well as damage to the personal property of the owner (normal wear and tear is acceptable).The Security deposit shall be refunded upon termination of the lease minus any costs for repairing damages or losses or alterations to the property, caused by the Guest.
